Conventional D profile.

Contemporary W profile.

Pale tops are finished in 4 different styles:

Split-tripple point or single point for high security.

Rounded or rounded and notched for safety.

Posts

Optionally available with base plates for bolt-down or cranked over walls. Also available with bracket extensions for barbed wire or razor wire.

Rails

Steel angle rails punched for pale attachment. Connected with 12mm square cup bolts and anti-vandal permacone (snap-off) nuts. 3 sizes:

Fittings

Rails and pales are fitted using rivets & collars or rounded bolts with permacone nuts (snap-off / anti-vandal).

Link Plates

Link plates, AKA Fish Plates fit through the holes is the steel fencing posts and join the rails together.

RSJ Steel Fence Post Fixing Options

Generally speaking, there are three different fixing methods for the slotted RSJ fence posts used to secure industrial steel palisade fencing.

Straight RSJs designed to be secured in a concrete foundation. The extent to which these are secured below the surface depends on the height if the fencing, the higher the fence, the further the post is concreted into the ground.

RSJs with welded base plates, designed to be fastened to concrete or stone surfaces by way of strong industrial anchor fixings and/or chemical fixing compounds.

Cranked RSJs that are secured using either of the previously mentioned ways depending on circumstances.
