This Decorative Pyramid Mesh Fence is very popular in the Middle East. This decorative pyramid fencing is made of high quality rod steel, Double horizontal wire welded to vertical wire, The panel became more strong. And it with unique and beautiful PYRAMID design.

• The Pyramid Decorative Mesh Panels are made out of a heavy welded fence, Horizontal double wires 8mm and vertical 6mm OR horizontal double wires 6mm and vertical 5mm. giving would-be intruders little chance of breaking through.
• The mesh size is 200 x 65 mm.

Posts

The posts for our decorative fencing are welded square tubular posts with a profile of 60 x 60 x 1.50 mm. For a decorative design, the posts are supplied with a metal cap with a ball. Fixation of the panels to the posts using metal fixing collars (galvanized and plastic coated) and with security bolts M8 out of stainless steel with a self-breaking nut.

Baseplates, sold separately, are available in order for you to install your post on a concrete base, when needed. For large quantities, you can also ask for specific posts with welded base plates.

Gates

The Pyramid decorative fencing system can easily be combined with single and double swing gates.

Coating Technique and Colors

Our entire decorative fencing system, is first galvanized.

Afterward, an adhesion coating is applied for the perfect bond with the final polyester coating.

The minimum coating thickness of 100 microns (panels) and 60 microns (posts and gates).

Black RAL 9005, Green RAL 6005, Other colors out of our RAL collection are available on request, with minimum quantities.

Installation manner

1)The post popular buried under the ground 600mm-800mm and pouring concrete when installation them.

2) Welded flange base under the post ,and use setscrews to install on the hard ground.
