Stainless Steel Razor Wire Coil

Stainless steel razor wire is made of stainless steel plate with stainless steel wire. The use of such material has enhanced the blade corrosion and anti-acid capacity and extended the life of razor wire and has repeatedly reduced the additional cost of replacement. At the meanwhile it shows the gloss stainless steel razor wire also enhances deterrent effect (Material is broadly divided into: 201 stainless steel, 430 stainless iron, stainless steel 304, etc.)

Stainless steel razor wire offers longer service life compared with other materials, and much better property of corrosion resistance. It is a kind of modern security fencing material. Razor wire type is various, depending on the shape of razors. There are long blade, medium blade and short blade razors. Stainless steel razor barbed wire is supplied in straight ribbons, single coil concertina or crossed concertina razor coils.

Razor wire is a central strand of high tensile wire, and a steel tape punched into a shape with barbs. The steel tape is cold crimped tightly to the wire. Razor wire is manufactured with a galvanized tape (Zinc coating ranging from 120 gsm to 275 gsm) and Galvanized core wire (diameter: 2.5mm) with zinc coating 90 gsm to 275 gsm). Razor wire is available in two forms:

• Unclipped
• Clipped in concertina form

Razor wire in concertina form, the coils diameter ranges from 300mm to 1000mm. Lower diameters usually consist of three clips per loop and higher diameters consist of five clips per loop.
